We develop a customized portal for each Managed Service customer that allows you to see the status of your service tickets and communicate with the engineers and technicians working on your tickets in real time. NTG utilizes industry standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices to IT Service Management. Through this methodology, we are able to provide repeatable, efficient, and predictive services.
Our NOSC monitors our customer’s IT infrastructure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is staffed by a team of IT professionals who are ready to respond to and resolve issues on a moment’s notice. Our team of Engineers and Service Desk Analysts are provided the resources and training needed to obtain industry standard technical certifications and technical training; we invest in our staff to ensure our customers receive the best service and support possible. What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?
A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company that manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to its clients. Most MSPs work off a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that clearly defines what services the MSP provides to the client, how quickly the MSP must respond to and resolve IT incidents, labor rates for work done within and outside the scope of the SLA and reporting/performance metrics between the MSP and the client.
