Wendy Hafner
President and Chief Executive Officer
Wendy Hafner joined NTG as President & CEO in 2010. She is known for her dynamic and lively leadership philosophy and has been successful at developing global operations providing engineering services and technology solutions to corporate and government organizations. Under her leadership the company has become a distinguished technology solutions provider experiencing vast growth over the past few years. She shaped the strategic vision of NTG to broaden the sphere of technology excellence to include many “Best of Breed” solutions in: Virtualization, Unified Communications, Data Center, Mobility, Storage, and Core Networking.
Wendy has 15 years of business, sales, and finance experience. She provides direction to senior leadership, directs company investments, as well as oversees corporate product development. Additionally she is directly responsible for the creation, management, and day to day operations of the finance and human resources (HR) organizations within NTG.

David Morris
Vice President and Chief Technical Officer
David Morris, CCIE(tm) No. 8031 is the Vice President & Chief Technology Officer. As an MBA with 20+ years’ experience, he has excelled in the management of IT services, specializing in large corporate accounts and business development initiatives. He has created and managed multiple engineering groups that are responsible for managing small to complex WAN/LAN/MAN architectures throughout the world. David has vast experience in Department of Defense (DoD) (strategic, mobile and tactical) architectures as well as corporate environments.
David has specialized expertise in enterprise networking solutions that provide services globally for critical mission applications. This includes all tools to monitor, maintain, tune, and report on network health and status. Other competencies include management experience operating 24×7 network operations centers in global enterprises as well as small/medium business or tactical environments. Mr. Morris affects improvement by developing processes and procedures for daily operations including change management, operating system support, servers, virtualized environments, thin and thick client operation, LAN/WAN/ MAN, storage area network (SAN) technologies and network technologies, including routers, switches, load balancers, proxy servers, content networking, and firewalls. Has VoIP design and implementation experience with voicemail, call center, Cisco call manager, VoIP peripherals, and optimization of tactical solutions.

John Hafner
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
John Hafner, CCIE(tm) No. 7709 is Vice President & Chief Information Officer. He has 25 years of business, sales, and telecommunications experience. He has created a thriving business that provides IT solutions for DoD and corporate clients throughout the world. Mr. Hafner is directly responsible for the creation, management, and day to day operations of the sales group within NTG. John and his associates have formed over 75 partnerships with leading IT vendors allowing NTG to provide a vast array of solution sets to our clientele. Additionally during his tenure at NTG, he has performed at one time or another as Director of Business Development, and Director of operations.
John has specialized expertise in providing enterprise networking solution sets that include WAN/LAN/VoIP/Security/Datacenter technologies across a vast array of vendors (Cisco, Brocade, Juniper, and HP). He has provided turn-key solutions to many of NTG’s clientele throughout the world for DoD and corporate clients. He has designed and implemented solutions for over 600+ locations, datacenters inside Iraq and Afghanistan, and provided communications kits and support to VIP clientele inside Iraq and Afghanistan.

Hala Hafner
Finance Controller
Hala is responsible for managing financial reports and statements to help calculate pricing and operational budgeting. She works alongside the President in order to provide guidance on where the company is headed. Currently, Hala is getting guidance from a wonderful Finance Guru who teaches her the mysteries of indirect costs. Hala is a recent USF graduate who is currently diving deep into the business world, getting experience in taxes, financing, and indirect costs. Hala is now working towards her MBA from Florida State University and is excited to receive her graduate degree in the near future. In her free time, Hala likes doing any activity in the water, whether it is scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, or sailing, she is up for the adventure! When Hala is at home, she likes to rewind by crocheting, doing yoga or playing with her puppies.

Patty Chandler
Office Manager
Patty interacts with our customers, coordinates company travel and organizes NTG’s events…really anything that NTG needs! Patty was born and raised in Tampa and also serves as the Manager for her husband’s rock band—The Band 4X. When patty isn’t getting an adrenaline rush from extreme sports like skydiving or car racing she likes to make wine, travel and love on her Maltese.

Dr. Sean Kenney
General Manager
Dr. Kenney is an I.T., Project and Program Management professional with over 30 years of experience in many areas of business and information technology. He started his career as a business applications programmer working for a number of regional consulting and manufacturing firms throughout New England. As a natural progression, Dr. Kenney moved through the IT ranks as a systems analyst, business analyst, project manager eventually leading to operations and program management. He has worked in numerous corporate environments, including the consulting arena where he has assisted in the startup of several regional consulting companies. Dr. Kenney most recently has worked in the DoD sector focusing on managing contracts and programs through IT systems integration for programs that involved virtualizing IT networking equipment for the tactical environment. Dr. Kenney comes to NTG from CSRA, a wholly owned subsidiary of GDIT where he was in charge of setting up and running the operations team on GDIT’s milCloud program. This program is a Cloud Services IaaS platform that is offered through DISA to the entire DoD. Dr. Kenney was responsible for building the operations team and the processes and procedures for the Operation and Maintenance of the CSP platform including the Tier 1 and 2 service desk function. Dr. Kenney received his Masters degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Business Administration; and his undergraduate degree from the same institution in Management Information Systems. He earned his Doctorate at Argosy University having completed both coursework and successfully defending his dissertation in September of 2010.
