United States Navy Seaport Contract

Northern Technologies Group (NTG), Inc., has been awarded a prime contract with the United States Navy to provide Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management services via its Seaport Enhanced contracting office. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst the contract's multiple award contract holders. Mrs. Wendy Hafner, President of NTG, said "We're very pleased to be part of the Seaport-e community. This vehicle allows NTG to broaden its professional services base and offer our talents to current and future customers via one of the premier contract vehicles offered by our partners in the Department of the Navy."

NTG Quality Assurance

The NTG Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) throughout the duration of the contract. Our PM will implement and tailor the Quality Control Plan (QCP), manage this process, and integrate QA/QC requirements into all phases of the contract and SEAPORT requirements. At the heart of the NTG team’s QCP is continuous contact with the customer organization and Government Quality Assurance Personnel (QAPs), which ensures that products are delivered to the customer on time, within budget, and reflective of current customer needs.
