Service Desk Analyst
Jimmy started as a Tier I engineer, but is quickly leveling up to a Tier II engineer. His role is to help monitor our customer’s network security, connectivity and desktop applications and respond to network issues when they arise. He communicates directly with our customers when working on issues they might have with their network or workstation via email, phone, or through our automated ticketing system. In his time away from work, Jimmy enjoys supporting his local sports teams (Go Bucs, Bolts, and Rays!) and working on his golf game.
