As our Service Excellence Manager, James is our captain leading our ship towards better Customer Service. We don’t want only satisfied customers, we want Raving Fans! James has helped us achieve all our customers service goals. With everything that goes on in NTG, James is our mediator bringing in what we need and what we don’t, based on our customer needs. In his off time, James loves playing basketball and golf. He is constantly working on his golf game however, when out on partner golfing events. Other than working on his game, you can find James hanging out and enjoying time with his two daughters, Hannah and Claire.
