Service Desk Analyst
Eddie is another one of our Tier 1 Engineers in our NOSC Managed Services Team. At NTG, Eddie helps with manning the phones and providing customers with exceptional service. In the meantime, he works on creating, managing, and closing tickets and projects that come in from our customers. Eddie has been a valuable asset since day one. He was the first one of our Tier 1 Engineers to get his ITIL Foundations certification, setting the bar high for the rest of his Tier 1 team. He will continue his studies with getting certifications in MCSA Office 365, CCENT and beyond. When not hustling at work, Eddie is busy attending college classes and hopes to earn his AA in the coming months. After that, he hopes to transfer to USF and continue his career in Computer Engineering. It sounds like he has no time for fun. In the small amount of free time Eddie has left in the week, he enjoys playing basketball with family and friends.
